What to do if I suspect a player of cheating
What to do if I suspect a player of cheating
Updated over 2 months ago

No one likes cheaters, but no one likes to be falsely accused of cheating.

Therefore, we ask that you send your reports to us via the ticket system rather than publicly denouncing the player in question.

By sending us the report, we can look into the player and see if the situation is indeed that of intentional abuse, and if so, take the appropriate action, OR, if the situation is one that arose from unintentional actions/accidental situations.

When reporting an instance of suspected cheating to us the more information that you provide, the easier it is for us to act. Examples of useful information:

  • If you happen to record the match, then the video recording.

  • A screenshot of the win/loss screen so that we can identify the match in question.

  • A detailed explanation of what you encountered.

    • This point is very important, even if you feel that the bug is "common knowledge" the explanation will help.

  • Anything more that describes/showcases the situation is useful.
