How can I verify my Signal Fire Streak?
How can I verify my Signal Fire Streak?
Updated over 2 months ago

One of the benefits of using blockchain is the open nature of the actions, this extends to the Signal Fire.

When you light the fire, you are actually sending a transaction to the Signal Fire, and as such, the attempts are always public.

Therefore, if you ever feel that the counter on your Signal Fire is incorrect, you can verify this yourself by following these steps:

  1. Open the Ronin Exporer: https://app.roninchain.com/

  2. In the search field, type or copy/paste your wallet address, then hit search.

  3. You will then be shown all of the actions that involve your account, from items moving around, to signal fire-lighting attempts, and so on.

  4. To verify your signal fire streak, you will want to go through your wallet and look for entries that have "Wild forest Signal Fire Proxy" under the "To" column.

  5. Open these transactions, ideally in a new tab, and on the mid-right of the page, you will see a date stamp.

    1. Please note that the time zone for the timestamp is UTC / GMT.

      1. We've mentioned both UTC and GMT as they are the same, however, we've noticed that the choice of time zones displayed is slightly inconsistent.

  6. By doing so, you can trace your attempts to light the signal fire and see what your streak should be.

If after doing so, you feel that your streak is wrong (and there are cases where this can happen), please contact the team via support, making sure to share the following:

  • Your wallet address

  • A screenshot of your current Streak.

  • Why you think it is wrong, and what you think the correct streak should be.

  • When was the last time that you saw the correct streak number.
