I am missing units/skins/items from my account, what should I do?

If you feel that you are missing some items from your account, your first step would be to verify whether or not the item exists.

If you have already minted the item, this is much easier as you can view your inventory via the Ronin Explorer.

  • Input your wallet address in the search box and hit search.

  • Under your wallet address you will see 3 tabs:

    • Activity

    • Tokens

    • Collectibles

  • Click on "Collectibles" to see the items that you own.

  • For units, select "Wild Forest Units"

  • For skins, select "Wild Forest Skins"

  • For packs, select "Wild Forest Skins"

    • Important: Each of these options will have an image to go with the title.

  • In these groups you can find all of the items that you currently own.

From this point on, if you can find the item that you feel is missing, then please go back to the game's website to see if you can match it to an item that is displayed there.

  • If at any point you CANNOT find the item, or if it appears only on the Ronin explorer, but not on your game account please contact support.

  • Make sure to provide your wallet address, as well as all the information regarding the missing item.

  • Screenshots are very useful as well.
