If your NFT purchase doesn’t show up in your inventory, follow these steps:

  1. Check Your Ronin Wallet:
    Ensure the transaction was completed by verifying it in your Ronin Wallet transaction history.

  2. Log Out and Back In:
    Refresh your game session by logging out and back in.

  3. Wait for Confirmation:
    Sometimes, transactions take a few minutes to process. Wait a few minutes and check again.

  4. Contact Support:
    If your purchase still doesn’t appear, contact support with your Player ID, Transaction ID, and Ronin Wallet address.
