Please check your device's time and date settings, as the most common cause of the error is a mismatch in the time and date between your device and the "actual" time.
Our recommendation is to keep the time and date "sync" feature activated.
Windows
Right-click on the time/date in your taskbar
Make sure "Set the time automatically" is ON.
Android
This varies slightly between devices, however the overall steps tend to be very similar.
Open your device settings
If you have a search bar, type "Time" and then find the date and time menu.
Alternatively, find the "Date and time" menu manually. The location varies from phone to phone.
On Samsung devices, it is usually under "General management"
On Xiaomi devices, it is under "Additional settings"
Some devices have it under the "System" option.
Alternatively, if you have a time widget on your home screen, simply tap on that, and then find the settings sub-menu (usually via the triple dot icon on the top right). There you will find the options to take you to the Date and time menu.
